摘　　要：介绍一种由FX2N可编程序控制器控制的多功能智能光栅检测装置,用程序细分法来提高检测装置的分辨能力,也用程序的方法实现传感器的非线性校正,并对检测数据进行实时处理和显示.The multi-function intelligent raster detect device is controlled by FX2N PLC. Through the method of program subdivision, the resolving power of detect device can be increased. The non-linear correction of sensor is implemented by the programming method. The detect data are real time processed and displayed.
