摘  要:采用TiCl4和SrCl2·6H2O作反应物、(NH4)2CO3和NH3·H2O作沉淀剂碳酸盐共沉淀法合成了高纯、超细的钛酸锶粉体.研究了共沉淀形成的条件,同时,用TG-DTA研究了煅烧反应过程;用SEM、XRD分析了钛酸锶粉体的形貌及晶相;并进行了化学分析和ICP测试.结果显示,所得粉体的平均粒径小于0.3μm,纯度大于99.8%,具有单一的立方相,锶钛比约为1.0.钛酸锶粒子形状规则、大小均匀.The highly pure and superfine strontium titanate powder is synthesized by carbonate coprecipitation method,when TiCl4 and SrCl2·6H2O are used as raw materials and (NH4)2CO3 and NH3·H2O as precipitation agents. The conditions of coprecipitation formation are investigated;at the same time,calcining reaction process is studied by TG-DTA.Strontium titanate powder prepared is characterized by scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and is analyzed by chemical analysis,ICP and IR.The results show the powder prepared is less than 0.3μm in average size,more than 99.8% in purity with cubic phase only.Its mole ratio of Sr to Ti is approximately equal to 1.0,and the shape of its particles is regular and uniform.
