摘　　要：目的　调查山西绛县农村居民艾滋病相关知识、态度。方法　在山西省绛县横水镇非法采供血情况较为严重的 6个自然村选取 3 0 0名常住居民为调查对象。对他们开展问卷调查。其中 ,男性 1 49名 ,女性 1 5 1名 ;年龄 1 8～ 45岁 ;60 3 4%具有初中文化 ,1 9 3 2 %具有小学文化 ;90 5 4%为已婚 ,1 3 5 %卖过血。结果　调查对象中有 92 91 %的人在过去一年获得过艾滋病相关知识。通过电视获取艾滋病相关信息的占 93 0 9% ,通过报纸、杂志、书籍占 61 82 % ,通过朋友的占 3 4 91 % ,通过无线电广播的占 3 0 5 5 %。居民对艾滋病相关知识回答正确率在 83 1 1 %～ 2 9 0 5 %。 44 2 6%的被调查者不同意感染者的家人与正常人一起劳动。 3 3 78%不同意感染者的子女与其他孩子一起上学。结论　当地农村居民艾滋病相关知识知晓率较为低下 。Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitudes about AIDS among rural populations in Jiang County,Shanxi Province.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 permanent rural residents, 149 males and 151 females, aged 18～45, 60.00% with the educational level of junior middle school and 19.32% with the educational level of primary school, 90.54% married, and 1.35% with a history of commercial blood donation, selected by stratified random sampling from 6 natural villages, Hengshui Town, Jiangxian County, Shanxi Province, where commercial blood donation was prevalent.Results 92.91% of the respondents had obtained AIDS-related information in the past year.93.09% of them obtained their information from TV, 61.82% of them from periodicals, 34.91% of them from friends, 30.55% from radio broadcasting, and 24.36% from wire broadcasting.The AIDS-related correct answer rates were 83.11%～29.05%.44.26% expressed they were not willing to work together with the family members of persons living with AIDS (PLWA), 33.78% opposed that the children of PLWA studied in the same schools with their own children.Conclusion The residents in the areas where commercial blood donation was prevalent still lack AIDS-related knowledge.Discrimination against PLWA and their family members still exists.
