摘  要:根据柚木种源试验中得出种源间在抗旱性上存在显著性差异的结果,进一步研究了其抗旱性形态、解剖性状和抗旱机理。结果表明:叶片与叶柄的主要形态及解剖性状在种源间存在特别显著性差异,并与大田的抗旱性测定结果一致。抗旱能力的秩次为3072>3070>其他试验种源。抗旱种源在形态、解剖学的抗旱机理主要表现为提高了对体内水分的利用效率与减少体内水分的耗损,这是多种形态、解剖性状共同作用所致;单纯地把气孔密度、气室大小作为抗旱指标是不正确的。抽木叶片厚度、大小及其比值与叶背的角质化鳞状细胞层和叶柄维管束数量与构造,可作为抗旱性育种与早期预测的指标。Based on the result from teak provenance trial there are significant differences in drought resistance among the provenances, the morphological and anatomical structures and the mechanism of drought resistance were further studied. It has been found that there are highly significant differences in major morphological and anatomical characters of lamina and petiole among the provenances. This result is in accord with that of field investigation of drought resistance. The sequence of xerophilous capability of the provenances is 3072>3070>the other provenances tested. The xerophilous mechanism is caused by joint effect of some morphological and anatomical characters including the increase of water utilization effec-iency and decrease of water consumption and loss within the plant. It is incorrect that only stoma density and stomatic chamber size are used as xerophilous indexes. The thickness and area of the lamina and their ratio, the cuticular cell layers of the lamina hypodermis, the quantity and structure of vascular bundles in the petiole can be used as the indexes of xerophilous breeding and prediction of drought resistance at early stage.
