摘　　要：上海黄金交易所的开业运行,是我国黄金管理体制的重大突破,是我国金融市场建设的新篇章。本文简要介绍了上海黄金交易所的基本概况和开业以来的运行情况,并提出上海黄金交易所下一步将逐步增加投资功能,在现货范畴内开设递延交割业务,适时推出个人黄金买卖业务,加速与黄金市场国际接轨的步伐。The official opening of Shanghai Gold Exchange marked a significant breakthrough in China's gold administrative system, unfolding a brand new chapter in the construction of China's financial market. This paper introduces the profile and performance of the SGE and puts forward suggestions for its further development, such as opening up the gold market to investment by offering deferred delivery service, attracting individual investors by offering new products and integrating the SGE into the international gold market.
