摘　　要：经济全球化的发展,尤其是我国资本市场的对外开放和QFll的引入,必然要求我们引进国际金融市场上普遍使用的金融工具。是否允许做空已经成为一些境外机构投资者决定是否进入国内资本市场的前提条件。然而做空交易对我国来说仍然是一项新产品,我们在推出该产品时,需要循序渐进、趋利避害。The development of economic globalization, particularly the introduction of QFII and the opening of China's capital market to the outside world, has necessitated China's introduction of financial instruments commonly used in international markets.Whether short trading is allowed or not has already become a prerequisite for some foreign institutional investors to enter China's capital market.As short trading is still new in China,we must carefully consider its advantages and disadvantages while pushing for its initiation.
