摘　　要：中国经济法学经历了 1978年至 1991年有计划商品经济时期前现代意义的生成和发展阶段 ,以及 1992年迄今市场经济体制构建期的震荡更新和现代化阶段。中国经济法学研究的推进仰赖理性氛围的再造、实践功能的强调、研究范式的转换和范畴体系的重构。As theory of economic legal phenomena and accompanying the development from planned commodity economy to market-oriented economy, China's economic law study has experienced the born and growing period during the 1978-1991 planned commodity economy and the changing and modernization periold from 1992 to present. White economic law is increasingly becoming mature in China, it demonstrates its loss of orientation from time to time.
