摘　　要：北京及河北邢台地区君迁子种子萌发生理研究结果表明,种子无休眠期。播种前用45℃水浸泡48h,以1％琼脂为基质,在变温30℃昼/20℃夜,黑暗条件下发芽,4d初萌,10d发芽率达96％;若用湿砂在17℃条件下,层积20d后,6d的发芽率即达96％,初萌日也缩短一倍。Physiology of seed germination of Diospyros lotus was studied, and the result showed that there is no obvious dormancy period in D. lotus seeds collected from Beijing and Xingtai district, Hebei Province. The seeds were soaked in water of 45 ℃ for 48 hours before sowing, and they germinated in dark condition, on agar medium, under the changing temperature from 30 ℃ at daytime to 20 ℃ at night. Initial germination occurred on the fourth day and the germination rate reached 96% on the tenth day. If the seeds were stratified in humid sand at 17℃ for 20 days, the germination rate would reach 96% within 6 days, and the initial germination day could also be earlier.
