摘　　要：在分析经济全球化发展趋势和我国医疗市场与国际接轨新形势的基础上,认为医疗市场的竟争随着我国加入WTO会更加激烈,研究和运用医院的经营战略尤为重要,围绕着品牌经营战略、规模经营战略、优质经营战略、负债经营战略和特色经营战略,重点讨论了新世纪医院经营的新理念、新模式。On the ground of analyzing the developing trend of economic globalization and the new condition of our medical market synchronizing with the world it is considered that competition of medical market will be more severe along with the accession of China to WTO, so that it is more important to study and implement running strategy of hospital. This paper put emphasis on discussion about the new conception and new model of hospital management around brand-name strategy, large scale strategy, high quality strategy, run into debt strategy, and speciality strategy.
