摘　　要：文章指出临床综合征大多数是病因、病理和临床症状错综复杂的新病种,而且多以发现者姓氏命名,往往令人望名不知其义,是分类的难题之一。依据国际疾病分类原则,对几类不同综合征作了实例分析,总结了对临床综合征分类的几条规则,为编码员作临床综合征作疾病分类时起指导作用。This article indicate that most clinical syndromes are new found diseases with perplexing etiology, pathology and clinical manifestations, and mostly are denominated with detectors names. Therefore, peoples will usually be puzzled by seeing these terms, and difficult problems of classification are so formed. Authors carry out practical analysis of several different examples of these syndromes according to principles of international disease classification. They summarized some rules to classify clinical syndromes and serve it to coding workers as guidelines for classifying these syndromes.
