摘  要:本文研究中国电视入世之后的电视影视节目栏目发展战略问题。入世背景下的中国电视遇到前所未有的环境。尽管自身的优势和问题已经有所转变,但电视中的影视艺术类节目举足轻重,却被诸多问题缠绕。文章重点分析了新形势下影视节目策划的艺术原则、时间原则、受众原则等问题和误区,希望对今后的发展有所鉴戒。What we shall study in the article is in terms of the strategy of how to improve TV programs under the background of Chinese entering into the WTO which means that the production of Chinese TV programs is encountering the unique situation. Though its own advantage has been amplified and some problems have been solved the artist film and TV programs making is still harassed by many unsolved problems. The article makes a close analysis of the artistic principles of the strategy designed for TV programs the principles of time and the viewers as well as some errors in understanding taking it as an object lesson.
