摘  要:目的 :探讨三叉神经脊束间质核 (INⅤ )内接受口面部深层结构 (咬肌 )伤害性信息的calbindinD 2 8k(CB)神经元是否投射到孤束核 (NTS) .方法 :应用荧光金 (FG)逆行束路追踪结合Fos和CB免疫荧光组织化学三重标记法 .结果 :FG逆标细胞和Fos免疫阳性细胞主要分布于注射和刺激同侧INⅤ的背侧边缘旁核 (PaMd)和三叉旁核 (PaⅤ )内 ;大量的CB免疫阳性细胞分布于双侧INⅤ内 .INⅤ内的大部分FG逆标细胞 (约 73.3% )呈CB免疫反应阳性 .在FG和CB双标记的神经元中 ,又有一部分 (约 4 7.4 % )为同时呈Fos免疫反应阳性的三重标记 .结论 :INⅤ投射至NTS的CB神经元接受口面部深层结构的躯体伤害性信息 。AIM: To investigate the projection of the calbindin D 28k (CB) containing neurons that receive orofacial deep structures (masseter muscles) nociceptive information from the interstitial nucleus of the spinal trigeminal tract (INⅤ) directly to nucleus of the solitary tract (NTS). METHODS: The triple labeled methods of FG retrograde tracing combined with CB and Fos protein immunofluorescence histochemistry were used. RESULTS: In the present study, a large number of FG retrograde labeled and Fos immunoreactive positive neurons were found to be located in the paratrigeminal nucleus (PaⅤ) and the dorsal paramarginal nucleus (PaMd) of INⅤ, ipsilateral to the INⅤ with FG and formalin injected into NTS and the masseter muscle, respectively. A large number of CB immunoreactive neurons were found to be located bilaterally in INⅤ. Approximately 73.3% of neurons were double labeled with FG and CB and 47.4% of the FG and CB double labeled neurons exhibited Fos immunoreactivity in INⅤ. CONCLUSION: The results indicate that a part of CB containing neurons in INⅤ receive the nociceptive information of orofacial deep structures and are directly projected to NTS. CB containing neurons might play an important role in transmitting this nociceptive information from INⅤ to NTS.
