常见慢性动脉阻塞性疾病160例X线诊断及治疗分析

摘　　要：本文报道160例慢性动脉阻塞性疾病的动脉造影表现及治疗情况,其中动脉硬化性闭塞症84例,血栓闭塞性脉管炎55例,多发性大动脉炎21例。18例经PTA 治疗,其中球囊成形术15例,激光成形术2例,导管旋切术1例,成功17例,占94.4%。平均随访2.5年,通畅率82.3%(14/17)。41例行外科手术。文内着重就X 线表现特点及治疗方法的选择作了讨论。Arteriograms and therapeutics of chronic arterial obstructive diseases in 160 caseswere analysed,including 84 cases of atherosclerosis obliterans,55 cases of thromboangiitis obliterans and21 cases of multiple arteritis.Of 18 cases treated by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA),15with baloon angioplasty,2 with laser angioplasty and 1 with percutaneous atherectomy.PTA wassucceeded in 17 cases,account for 94.4%.The patency rate was 82.3%(14/17),the averrage follow-upperiod was 2.5 years.Forty-one cases were treated surgically.The main points of X-ray diagnosis andthe selection of treatment methods are discussed.
