摘　　要：本文分析了22例椎体结核的MRI形态及信号特征,认为MRI能敏感地显示椎体结核引起的椎体、椎间隙和椎间盘的异常,并能清楚地判定冷脓肿和椎管内受侵的范围。指出MRI 是诊断椎体结核较为理想的影像学手段。Morphologic and signal features of MRI were assessed in 22 cases of tuberculousspondylitis.MRI could sensitively display the abnormal changes of involved vertebrae,intervertebralspaces and disks in tuberculous spondylitis,as well as the extent of associated cold abscesses andintraspinal canal involvement.It was indicated that MRI is the best imaging modality for such entity.
