酶—重氮法测定血清δ胆红素

摘　　要：黄疸血清中的部分胆红素和白蛋白共价结合形成δ胆红素(B_δ).为了测定血清中这个色素成份,我们建立了一种酶-重氮法.对平均浓度为0.89mg/dl、2.98mg/dl 和7.80mg/dl 的B_δ作重复性试验,批内变异系数为3.4%、2.8%和3.0%,天间变异系数为5.3%、3.7%和4.1%。在两个病人血清中(B_δ为0.83mg/dl 和2.40mg/dl)加入已知量的B_δ,平均回收率为95%和94%。与简易树脂吸附法相比较,相关系数γ=0.9988,直线回归方程y(酶-重氮法)=1.02x(简易树脂吸附法)-0.02.A part of bilirubin in icteric serum can covalently bound to albumin,producing delta bilirubin(Bδ).Tomeasure this pigment fraction in serum,we now have established an enzyme-diazo method.The method has no-ble properties such as quick and simple procedure,greater sensitivity,accuracy and precision.Within-runimprecision(CV)for the method was 3.4%,2.8% and 3.0% at mean delta bilirubin concentrationof 0.89mg/dl,2.98mg/dl and 7.80mg/dl,respectively;between-day CV was 5.3%,3.7% and 4.1%,respectively.Recovery experimects were carried out by adding known amounts of bilirubin to two patients'(Bδwas 0.83mg/dl and 0.24mg/dl)and the mean recoveries were 95% and 94% The correlation coefficient forenzye-diazo method and the simple resin absorption method was r=9988,linear regression was Y(enzyme-diazo method)=1.02X(simple resin absorption method)-O.02.
