摘　　要：本文从产业结构分析出发 ,研究了东北亚经济区中一个特殊区域上三个国家间经济技术合作的政治和经济基础 ,指出了区域间经济技术合作的资源互补性、产业发展差异性、科技水平各具优势特征和经济发展水平差异性等现状特征 ,提出了中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区及蒙古人民共和国在经济技术合作的产业方向。First, this paper discusses the actuality and problems of industrial structure in Northeast areas in China. There are three characteristics. Firstly, the proportion of the primary and the second industry is comparatively larger in industrial structure. So the economic duality in the structure is obvious. Secondly, there is larger comparability in the interior structures of the primary, the second and third industry in the areas and traditional industry is chief in the industrial structure. Thirdly, the base of industry development is strong and development potential is large. Next, the paper analyzes the exploitation potential of the cooperation among the Northeast areas in China and Far East areas of Russia and Mongolia. The author researches range from terrain condition, complementarities of industrial structure, resource and technology to correlative economical policy and relations between the countries. It is summarized that the potential of international economic and technological cooperation between the Northeast areas in China and Far East areas of Russia and Mongolia is very large. The comparative advantage is the most important in the international cooperation among the areas. As long as the fields and items that are chosen for cooperation take on larger complementarities and high benefit and advantages for each other, the cooperation will be insured to develop steadily and healthily. Finally, the paper researches the emphases of cooperation among the Northeast areas in China and Far East areas of Russia and Mongolia. What's more, the exploitation orientation of the cooperation is discussed. In the cooperation between the Northeast areas in China and Far East areas of Russia, agriculture, forestry, mining, light industry, traffic, tourism, finance, architecture and technology should be emphasized particularly on.
