摘　　要：以拓新高校体育观念为目的,采用文献资料,社会调研,比较分析和理论探索等方法,在对我国高校体育教育思想作出客观评价的基础上,深入的研究了发达国家高等体育教育的成功经验,探索了消除传统体育思想、观念与克服体制障碍的科学途径。This paper aims to update the collegiate physical education conception, through documentation, social investigation, comparative analysis and theoretical research. Starting from an objective evaluation of collegiate physical education ideology in China, this paper explores scientific ways to eliminate outdated collegial physical education ideology, concepts and system blocks with reference to the successful experiences of collegiate physical education in the developed countries.
