体表心房图的绘制和初步应用

摘　　要：本文提取体表60个电极的P波峰值的电位和时程,通过高增益、低噪声的放大系统记录后,经程序处理.绘制成峰值等电位图和等时图.经23例正常人检测结果表明,两种图均有各自比较一致的分布.其外形和特征表现与报导中的心房体表瞬间电位图及心外膜等时图甚相似.In an attempt to make a trial-manufacture of surface atrial peak map-ping to simplify the sequential isopotential mapping,a 60-lead system was applied.Aftera high gain and low noise amplification and prossessing,the peak isopotential maps andisochrines were resulted.The defected 23 normal cases showed rather identical views ineither isopotential or isochrine.And both are quite similar correspondingly to the report-ed gurface atrial isopotential mapping and epicardial isochrinic mapping.
