自主神经对房室结文克白阻滞点的影响

摘　　要：44例窦房结功能正常者(对照组)和24例病窦综合征(SSS)患者,在自主神经阻滞后房室结文克的阻滞点(WBP)显著上升 P<0.05。WBP<130bpm 的发生率,对照组和 SSS 组分别由用药前的39%与34%下降为4%与8%。44 cases with normal function of sinus node and 24 cases with sicksinus syndrome(SSS)were investigated with transesophageal atrial pacing.The Wencke-bah block point(WBP)of atrioventricular node was measured before and after autonomicnerve blocked(2mg atropine and 5 mg propranolol were administered intravenously).The results showed that the WBP increased remarkably after autonomic blocked.Thecases with WBP<(?)30 bpm were 17 cases(39%)inconteol group and 8 cases(34%)inSSS group before autonomic blocked,after autonomic nerve blocked the incidences de-creased to 4%(2 cases)and 8%(2 cases)respectively.
