摘  要:用动态心电图监测高血压病左室肥厚(EH-LVH)患者室性心律失常,同时检测红细胞内K^+、Na^+、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)的含量,进而分析降压治疗前、后室性心律失常与红细胞内离子含量变化的关系。结果表明:与单纯高血压病患者比较,EH-LVH患者室性早搏(VPC)及复杂性室性心律失常的发生率显著升高,其红细胞内Na^+、Ca^(2+)含量显著增多,与VPC显著正相关;K^+、Mg^(2+)含量显著减少,与VPC显著负相关。提示EH-LVH患者细胞内离子代谢失衡在室性心律失常的发生机理中起重要作用,同时还表明,硝苯地平及卡托普利均能纠正红细胞内离子代谢紊乱及减少室性心律失常的发生。The ventricular arrhythmias in hypertensive patients with ieft ventricular hypertro-phy(EH-LVH) were observed by dynamic ECG monitoring. The intra-erythroyte contents of K+、 Na+、Ca2+and Mg2+were also detecmined bsfore and ofter autihypertensive treatment. The results showed,that EH-LVH patients had more premature ventricular contractions(VPC) and more complex ventricular arrhythmias than those without EH-LVH. The contents of Na+,Ca2+ in erythro-cytes were higher and correlated positively with VPC;K+ and Mg2+ were lower and correlated inversely with VPC. Both nifedipine and captopril could correct disturbances of cations in erythro-cytes and decrease incidence of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with EH-LVH. The results indicate that the contents of intracellular cations are associated with ventricular arrhythmias in hypertensive patients.
