摘　　要：本文针对用户与操作系统接口的最外层,命令解释程序的工作过程和作用,结合MS-DOS和UNIX进行实例分析。The operation system is the system software .Users interface computer with operating systems commands;the command programs can manage the procedure . The paper analyses the commad programs function ,introduces its working procedure under MS-DOS and UNIX.
