站内小型清筛机及施工轨道稳定性分析

摘　　要：站内小型清筛机 ZNS- 90是一种新型的用于铁路站内道碴清筛的养路机械 ,通过限界尺寸分析确定了该机的作业限界及整机允许布置的空间尺寸 ,并根据作业要求确定了整机的布置方案 .同时主要讨论了 ZNS- 90站内小型清筛机清筛作业后轨道稳定性分析 ,通过试验及分析表明该机满足轨道稳定要求 .ZNS 90 station ballast cleaning machine is a new railway maintenance machine for ballast clearing in railway station.In this paper the working gauge and the permitting space sizes of the machine are determined on the basis of analysing the gauge sizes.The arrangement of its structure is put forward and the stability analysis of the track after cleaning is discussed.It is indicated that the stability of track is sufficient with the machine.
