摘 要:对有机电致发光显示器件的发展历史,器件结构、工作特征、获得彩色显示的方法以及优缺点、发展现状和趋势等作了简要介绍。对小分子OLED与聚合物PLED、OLED与LCD的性质进行了比较,对OLED显示的发光机理进行了详细的综述。此外,对获得彩色显示的无源驱动电路和有源驱动电路的结构进行了总结,认为有源驱动将是最终发展结果。最后介绍了国内外OLED技术的发展状况。The development history, structure, working characteristics, methods of getting color display of OLED and its advantages/disadvantages, developing situation and trend have been reviewed. The performances of low molecular OLED and high molecular PLED, OLED and LCD have been compared in detail. Particularly the display principle of OLED was described in detail. Moreover, the structure of passive driving circuit and active driving circuit were summarized, and it is considered that the active driving OLED would be the terminal results. Finally, the development status of OLED both at home and abroad is described.
