益寿调脂片对小鼠抗应激能力的影响及毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察益寿调脂片对小鼠抗应激能力的影响及毒性试验。方法 :采用耐常压缺氧法、耐化学性缺氧法、抗疲劳法、耐寒法、耐高温法以及急性、亚急性毒性试验 ,观察小鼠存活时间 ,计算最大耐受量 ,并行病理形态学检查。结果 :益寿调脂片可使小鼠在常压缺氧或亚硝酸钠所致化学性缺氧条件下的存活时间和游泳存活时间显著延长 ,可明显提高小鼠的耐寒和耐高温能力 ;与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5～0 .0 0 1 )。小鼠灌服益寿调脂片 1日最大耐受量为 1 9.89g.kg-1,相当于人临床用量的 1 1 7.2倍。病理形态学检查未见明显的病理改变。结论 :益寿调脂片可显著增强小鼠抗应激能力 ,是安全范围较大的药物 。Objective:To observe the effect of Yishou Tiaozhi tablet on antistress function in mice and toxicoligical experiments. Methods Applied with tolerating normal or chemical hypoxia counteracting fatigue tolerating cold and high temperature,and acute or subacute toxicoligical experiments;living times were detected and the largest tolerance was numerated,and pathomorphological examination were carried out also. Results Yishou Tiaozhi tablet could significantly postpone living times while mice was in normal or chemical hypoxia and swimming,and elevate tolerating cold and high temperature function in mice. Compared with the control group,there was significant difference statistically ( P <0 05～0 001).The largest tolerance in mice was 19.89g·kg -1 ·d -1 . It may amount to 117.2 fold used by man. Pathomorphological examination showed that pathological change was not obvious. Conclusions: Yishou Tiaozhi tablet can significantly increase the antistress function in mice. It is a secure medicine.
