摘  要:目的 :为探索复方中药救脑宁注射液对出血性中风病的疗效机理。方法 :以大鼠脑内注入自体血凝块造成实验性脑出血大鼠模型 ,观察了救脑宁注射液对模型大鼠 1 d、3d、7d脑组织内皮素 (ET)含量和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性的影响。结果 :模型大鼠脑组织 ET含量第 1 d升高 ,第 3d尤著 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,第 7d恢复 ;NOS活性各天均显著降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :救脑宁注射液具有调节 NOS和 ET水平 ,从而可改善脑血管的功能状态 ,可能是其治疗出血性中风的机理之一。objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of compound Jiunaoning injection on hemorrhagic apoplexy.Methods:The experimental encephalorrhagia model was built by in jecting autogenetic blood clot into rat brain,the effects of Jiunaoning injection on amount of endothelin(ET) and activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were observed at the first day,the third day and the seventh day.Results:The amount of ET in brain tissue of model group's increased at the first day,obviously increased at the third day( P <0.01),and recovered at the seventh day,and activity of NOS obviously declined at every times( P <0.01).Conclusion:Jiunaoning injection could improve function status in blood vessel of brain by regulationg level of NOS and ET.This may be one of mechanism of its curative effect on hemorrhagic apoplexy.
