消渴停对糖尿病大鼠胰岛B细胞凋亡影响的形态学观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨消渴停降血糖的疗效和作用机理。方法 :采用 STZ腹腔注射所致糖尿病大鼠模型 ,运用 HE染色、免疫组化、原位杂交和透射电镜技术 ,观察消渴停对胰岛 B细胞凋亡的影响。结果 :模型组大鼠均有不同程度的胰岛 B细胞凋亡阳性表达 ,而消渴停预防组大鼠胰岛 B细胞分布均匀 ,胞核清楚 ,内外分泌部界限清楚 ;消渴停中、低剂量组大鼠胰岛中均有新生胰岛细胞和毛细血管。结论 :消渴停具有预防胰岛 B细胞凋亡 ,促进胰岛Objective:To observe protective effects of “xiaoketing” capsule on insula B cells subjected to injuries and its mechanism.Method:H.E.staining,immunohistogical method,TUNEL,and electronic microscopy were applied to study the effects of “xiaoketing” capsule on apoptosis of insula B cells of rats subjected to introperitoneul in jection of STL.Result:The insula B cells of model rats expressed characteristics of apoptosis.The insula B cells of rats prophylaxised by “xiaoketing” capsule showed proportional distributions and clear nucleolus.And there were neogenetic cells and capillaries in the insulea of rats treated by middle or low dose of “xiaoketing” capsule.Conclusion:“xiaoketing” capsule has both preventive effeot to apoptosis of insula B cells and promoting effect to regenesis of insula B cells.
