黄芪注射液对二尖瓣关闭不全病理模型犬主动脉压和左心室压的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察黄芪注射液对二尖瓣关闭 (MR)不全病理模型犬的心血管效应 ,探讨其在 MR病治疗上的价值。方法 :在异氟烷吸入麻醉下 ,对外科手术制作的犬亚急性二尖瓣关闭不全模型 (术后 50 d后 )一次性静脉推注黄芪注射液 2 .5g/kg(1 .2 5ml/kg) ,通过心导管法连续测定主动脉压和左心室压。结果 :开始注射黄芪注射液后 MR犬的主动脉压和左心室收缩压呈现先显著降低 ,然后恢复再降低的变化 ,左心室舒张末压在早期有升高变化随后呈降低趋势。结论 :(1 )黄芪注射液对 MR模型犬具有显著降低主动脉收缩压(Ao Ps)、主动脉舒张压 (Ao Pd)和主动脉平均压 (Ao Pm)的作用。(2 )黄芪注射液对 MR模型犬主动脉压的降低作用 ,提示其在犬心气虚治疗上具有减轻后负荷的可能 。Objective To observe the Effects of Huangqi(Astragalus membranceus)on cardiovascular system of mitral regurgitation dogs and evaluate its value in treatment of heart failure.Methods\ The aortic pressure & left ventricle pressure in six experimentally induced subacute mitral regurgitation Beagle Dogs(50 d after surgery)anesthetized with Isofluran was continually evaluated by catheterization after an intravenous administration of Astragale injection at dosage of 2.5 g(1.25 ml)/kg BW).Results\ The aortic pressure & left ventricle systolic pressure were apparently decreased by injecting Huangqi(Astragalus membranceus)Up to a little more than normal level,they decreased again slightly for 30 minutes with the left ventricular end diastolic pressure rising at the early stage and then decreasing.Conclusion\ The Astragale injection had a remarkable effect on reducing the level of AoPs,AoPd,and AoPm.The results suggested the Astragale injection had the function of relief the afterload in the insufficiency of the heart Qi of the dogs.
