摘　　要：鞍钢研制开发的高强度高韧性管线钢 X60热轧卷板采用 C-Mn-Nb-V系少珠光体钢设计 ,碳含量小于 0 .1 0 % ,其工艺设计采用纯净钢冶炼连铸工艺和热机械轧制工艺 ,具有高强度、高韧性和良好的焊接性能等 ,可以满足用户的使用要求 ,已成功应用于国内近 1 0条重要的石油和天然气输送管线工程。Smelting and continuous casting technique for cleanness steel and thermo-mechanical rolling technique are adopted while designing X60 pipeline steel hot rolled coiled sheet with high strength and high toughness developed in Angang. The steel has few pearlite in C-Mn-Nb-V system with carbon content less than 0 10%, and can meet requirements of users owing to its high strength, toughness and fine welding property etc.. It has been successfully applied in nearly 10 important projects to transport petroleum and natural gas at home.
