摘　　要：从行业实际需求和当前网络与视频技术发展现状出发,提出了一种数字远程监控系统方案,该方案能够灵活地部署于各种IP网络环境,充分利用网络资源,又能保证上层业务的部署不受网络环境的限制。Considering the practical needs in the industries and the present s tatus of the development of network and video technologies, this article introdu ces a new scheme for digital video surveillance system, which can be flexibly de ployed in complex network environment and make the best use of the latest techno logies of multimedia and networks. The top logical operation and the transport c ontrol layer are separated in this scheme, making the digital video surveillance system have flexible expansibility in its function and scope.
