摘　　要：文章主要是介绍IEC60099-4(2001版)对1991年版修改的4个问题:①降低WGMOA内部局部放电量允许值,从50pC减少到10pC。②加长MOR加速老化试验时间,有的要求时MOR"应进行2000h加速老化试验"。③增加WGMOA动作负载试验中预热温度(TCD)。④没有压力释放装置WGMOA做短路电流试验,应该用MOR中心穿熔丝或用过电压引弧。This paper mainly introduces the 4 questions about modification from IEC60099-4-1991 edition to 2001 edition: (1)reduction of altowable value of WGMOA internal partial discharge, from 50 pC to 10 pC;(2)Extension of the time of MOR accelerated ageing tests, the 2000 h accelerated ageing test should be carried out ' for MOR in some cases; (3)Increase of preheat temperature (TCD) in WGMOA movement load test;(4) No pressure release device, short-circuit current test for WGMOA should use the fuse passed through the MOR center or use over-voltage to pilot arc.
