摘　　要：在综合各种文献资料的基础上 ,简要地阐述和分析了我国模具工业的现状与发展趋势。In order to make the situation much clearer, this paper analyzes the present condition of the molding tool industry and developing trend in China based on many comprehensive references. Meanwhile, it brings up some new concepts and ideas for reforming, rebuilding and adjusting the molding tool enterprise .
