摘　　要：胡椒醛 ( 1)经硝化和还原得到中间体 6 氨基胡椒醛 ( 3 ) ,再分别与 5种茚酮衍生物 4a～ 4e发生Friedl nder缩合反应 ,得到 5种新的茚并喹啉类衍生物 5a～ 5e .所合成的新化合物的化学结构 5a～ 5e分别经IR ,1HNMR ,MS 。The intermediate 6-aminopiperonal (3) is prepared by the nitration and reduction of piperonal (1). Five new compounds 5a～5e were synthesized via Friedlnder condensation reaction of 6-aminopiperonal (3) with 1-indanone derivatives 4a～4e. The structures of 5a～5e were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis.
