摘 要:以三正辛胺TOA和磷酸三丁酯TBP为流动载体,Span-80作表面活性剂,煤油为稀释剂,研究了六价铬离子从外水相pH=1.0~1.5H2SO4溶液到内水相0.7mol/LNaOH溶液的乳化液膜传输,考察了液膜组成、内水相NaOH浓度、外水相pH值、油内比Rio、乳水比Rew以及共存离子等对Cr( )传输的影响,通过分离实验确立了最佳液膜传输条件。将该方法应用于电镀废水中铬的回收处理,取得了满意结果。Transport of Cr(Ⅵ) from the external aqueous phase (pH=1.0~1.5 H_2SO_4 solution) into the internal aqueous phase (0.7mol/L NaOH solution) through emulsion liquid membrane(ELM) containing tricotylamine(TOA) and tributylphosphate(TBP) as a mobile carrier, Span-80 as a surfactant and kerosene as a diluent, was studied. The effects of various parameters, such as the composition of ELM, the concentration of NaOH in internal aqueous phase, the pH values in external aqueous phase, the ratio of the organic phase volume to the internal aqueous phase volume R_(io), the ratio of the emulsion phase volume to the external aqueous phase R_(ew) and the coexist ions, were examined for transport of Cr(Ⅵ). The optimal transport conditions for Cr(Ⅵ) transport were achieved by separation experiments. The liquid membrane system was evaluated by recovering Cr(Ⅵ) selectively from industrial waste water.
