摘　　要：介绍了棉锦交织物浸染一浴法染色工艺的可行性。从染料的选择、助剂的用量及工艺条件对染色工艺的影响等方面进行试验和分析。结果表明 ,采用雅格素NF 活性染料和弱酸性染料 ,自制的pH值调节剂 ,阻染剂RF等 ,通过合适的工艺控制 ,可获得色光稳定、重现性好、色泽均匀的产品 ,且工艺简捷 ,时间短 ,降低生产成本。The feasibility of exhaust dyeing of cotton/ po lyamide fabric in one bath was introduced. The influence of dyes selection, auxi liary dosage and process condition to dyeing process are experimented and analyz ed. With Agazol NF reactive dye and weak acid dye, self-made modifier of pH val ue, blocking agent RF, the excellent stability, repeatability and levelness shad e can be gained through suitable process control. The process features simple, s hortened time and saved cost.
