摘　　要：探讨活性染料冷轧堆染色采用微波炉快速仿样时 ,微波炉处理时间和微波炉仿样工艺对仿样效果的影响 ;分析了不同碱剂对染色效果的影响和浸轧温度对浸轧液稳定性的影响 ;给出了快速仿样微波炉的选择、校正 。This paper discusses the effects of processi ng time and rapid fixation process in a microwave oven on replica when rapid fixat ion method of cold pad-batch process of reactive dyes with microwave ovens is u sed, analyses the effects of different alkali on dyeing and temperature on liquo r stability, gives the selection and collimation of microwave ovens, as well as the selection and using of container.
