摘　　要：从用户信息需求变化探讨了高校图书馆馆藏资源开发整合的可行性及必要性。在对馆藏资源进行开发整合时 ,应把工作的重心和主要精力放在学校的重点学科建设上 ,借助用户的专业优势取得整合工作的成功。Feasibility and necessity of developing and integrating literature resources in college and university libraries are approached according to the changes of users' information needs. The libraries' focus and efforts should concentrate on constructing the main disciplines of the colleges or universities with which they affiliate. The integration of the collection resources can be achieved successfully with the aids of users' professional competence.
