摘　　要：依据《中华人民共和国民法通则》、《中华人民共和国公司法》、《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》和《中华人民共和国独资企业法》等有关企业制度的法律规定,结合有关案例,就新的经济体制下各种存在形态食品卫生行政相对人主体资格的认定进行了分析。The paper deals with qualification of target enterprises of various forms by food administrative organs in the new economic system,basing the analysis on relevant laws and regulations such as the General Rule of the Civil Law of the Peoples Republic of China,Company Act of the Peoples Republic of China,Joint\|venture Enterprise Act of the Peoples Republic of China,Sole\|venture Enterprise Act of the Peoples Republic of China,and two mistreated cases.
