摘　　要：举债办学是高等教育超常规、跨越式发展的需要,是提高办学质量和国际竞争力的需要,是高等教育产业化发展的需要。举债办学是可行的,高校举债有国家相关政策的支持,目前资本市场状况有利于高校举债,且高校具有相应的还贷能力。Money-raising in the course of running school is the requirement of supernormal and jumping development and industrialization of higher education. It can enhance greatly the run-a-school quality and the international competition as well. Money-raising in the colleges and universities has gotten support from related national policy, therefore, it has occupied advantageous capital market. In addition, the colleges and universities have corresponding repay-the-debt capacity.
