摘 要:河南下二门H2段Ⅲ组区块注完聚合物后,91.25%的聚合物留在地下,据数模计算,其浓度在100~200mg/L,恢复注水后油井含水率快速上升。针对这一问题进行了将地下滞留聚合物絮凝沉降,实现深部调剖,提高采收率的室内实验研究。用化学处理法制得的稳定化钠土YG340 1,其3%水分散液在20min内基本不沉降,3%和5%水分散液30℃、170s-1下的粘度分别为59.1和189.6mPa·s,可泵性良好。在55℃下HPAM(3630S)溶液与3%YG340 1水分散液按体积比4∶1混合,当HPAM浓度为100~200mg/L时,沉降时间短(<15min)而沉降体积较大;用岩心测得的残余阻力系数随HPAM浓度升高而增大,HPAM浓度为100和200mg/L时分别为15.1和18.7。在岩心驱油实验中,水驱油后注0.3PVHPAM,水驱至含水率分别为60.5%、70.2%、81.8%、98.0%,采收率分别为34.7%、39.8%、43.3%、46.2%,注入0.167PV用油田污水配制的3%YG340 1分散液,继续水驱,最终采收率分别为63.0%、61.6%、60.7%、58.8%。认为该区块注聚后用YG340 1絮凝沉降地下滞留的HPAM,可改善注聚后水驱效果。讨论了注絮凝剂的一些工艺参数。图1表4参2。In area H_2-Ⅲ of Xiaermen, Henan, after polymer injection having been complected, 91.25% of polymer injected is remained in the reservoir formations with polymer concentration ranged 100—200 mg/L as calculated by digital simulation and fast raise of water cut in production wells appears in the course of successive water flooding. To solve this problem a study in laboratory is conducted on precipitating the polymer in place through flocculant injection to adjust reservoir permeability and hence to improve oil recovery. A stabilized Na-bentonite, notated as YG340-1, is prepared by chemical treatment; YG340-1 practically does not precipitate from 3.0% aqueous dispersion at standing in 20 min; 3.0% and 5.0% dispersion, with viscosity of 59.1 and 189.6 mPas,respectively, at 30℃ and 170 s^(-1), have good pumpability. For mixture of HPAM(3630S) solution and 3.0% YG340-1 dispersion in volume ratio 4∶1 at 55℃, relatively short precipitation time (<15 min) are large precipitate volume are observed when HPAM concentration is in range 100—200 mg/L and the values of residual resistance factor, RRF, determined in core flow experiments increase with increasing HPAM concentration, being of 15.1 and 18.7 at 100 and 200 mg/L, respectively. In oil displacement experiments 0.3 PV of polymer solution is injected into the cores with residual oil created after water flood, restarted water flood is conducted to water cut of 60.5%, 70.2%, 81.8%, or 98.0%, or to oil recovery of 34.7%, 39.8%, 43.3%, or 46.2%, then 0.167 PV of 3.0% YG340-1 dispersion in a produced water is injected and successive water flood gives estimate oil recovery of 63.0%, 61.6%,60.7%, or 58.5%, respectively. It is concluded that the efficiency of water flood after polymer injection in area H_2-Ⅲ can be improved by using the suggested technology. Some technologic parameters of flocculant injection are discussed.
