摘  要:中原油田濮83断块砂岩油藏温度79℃,产出水矿化度153~160g/L,含Ca2++Mg2+3.0~4.5g/L。将2种耐温抗盐表面活性剂(WPS A和WA 18)在矿化度120g/L、含Ca2++Mg2+4.15g/L的等体积比产出水、注入水混合水中配成溶液,在82℃下老化12小时后测定界面张力,绘制界面活性图,得到低界面张力体系配方:1.5g/L石油磺酸盐WPS A+1.0g/L两性表面活性剂WA 18。该体系在矿化度110~150g/L或pH值4~10范围或在82℃老化61天后仍维持10-3mN/m超低界面张力。加入生物聚合物使该体系粘度增大,但不影响体系界面张力。由此得到适用于濮83块油藏的SP二元复合驱油体系:1.5g/LWPS A+1.0g/LWA 18+1.0g/L生物聚合物,该体系在82℃老化45天后界面张力维持超低值,粘度为10mPa·s。在物理实验模拟中注入0.5PV该驱油剂使采收率在水驱基础上(27.47%)提高至48.08%。在计算机模拟中,在濮83 1井注入由3.0g/LWPS A+WA 18、2.0g/L生物聚合物组成的SP段塞0.2PV,1.0g/L生物聚合物段塞0.1PV,提高采收率13.66%。图2表3参6。The sandstone reservoir in falted blcok P-83 of Zhongyuan is of high temperature and of high salinity with produced water of TSD 153—160 g/L and Ca^(2+)+Mg^(2+) concentration 3—4 g/L. Two heat resistant and salts tolerant surfactants, petroleum sulfonate WPS-A and ampho-surfactant WA-18, are dissolved in the mixed formation/injection water (v/v=1.0) with TSD=120 g/L and Ca^(2+)+Mg^(2+) concentration=4.15 g/L and the solutions prepared are aged at 82℃ in 12 hrs and then taken for measuring their interfacial tension (IFT) and for constructing diagram of interfacial activity and in result a low IFT system is obtained: 1.5 g/L WPS-A-+1.0 g/L WA-18. This system keeps its ultralow IFT of magnitude 10^(-3) mN/m when TSD of mixed water varying in range 110—150 g/L or pH value varying in range 4—10 or after thermal ageing at 82℃ in 61 days. Introducing biopolymer xanthan into this system does not affect its IFT but enhances its viscosity only. A bicomponent combinational flooding system of 1.5 g/L WPS-A+1.0 g/L WA-18+1.0 g/L xanthan formulated for EOR in reservoir P-83 keeps its ultralow IFT and has viscosity of 10 mPa·s after thermal ageing at 82℃ in 45 days. In an experimental physical simulation, injecting 0.5 PV of this SP solution lead to enhanced oil recovery from 27.47% for water flood to 48.08%. In a computer simulation, 0.2 PV of SP main slug composed of (3.0 g/L) WPS-A+WA-18 and 2.0 g/L xanthan and 0.1 PV of post pad of 1.0 g/L xanthan are injected into well P-83-1 and an enhancement in oil recovery of 13.66% is observed.
