摘　　要：海运欺诈由来已久,它与海洋冒险活动、海上运输和国际贸易相伴相随,几乎同样古老。如今,海运欺诈已经成为国际贸易的主要障碍之一。本文针对租船运输下的海运欺诈试做简要分析,以寻求防范此类海运欺诈的对策。There was shipping swindle for a long time; so far, it has taken place along with adventure and carriage of goods by sea and international trade. Now shipping swindle has become one of the main obstructions of the international trade.
