摘　　要：制备了一种邵氏A硬度45-50的蓖麻油基聚氨酯浇注胶。质量份为:蓖麻油19.7份、210聚醚33份、TDI 11.2份、二丁基二月桂酸锡适量。胶粘剂容易除水,2组分有较宽的混合比,可40-50℃混合,室温×24h固化,也可60℃×4 h固化。浇注工艺简单,可手工浇注,也可机器浇注。有良好的物理性能,在电子工业中用于密封。Castor oil based castable (namely sealing or potting) polyurethane adhesives with excellent properties are applied for sealing in electrical industry. A new kind of castor oil based castable polyurethane adhesive with hardness of Shore A 45-50 is prepared. The adhesive composition comprises 17. 7 - 21. 7 wt. % of Castor oil, 31 - 35 wt. % of 210 polyetherdiol, 9. 2 - 13. 2 wt. % of TDI and a little of dibutyltin-dilaurate. The adhesive is easy to remove water, has a wide mixed ratio of two compositions and may be mixed at 40-50℃ , cured either at room temperature for 24 h or at 60℃ for 4 h. The simple casting technology can be exercised either by hand or by machines. The price is cheap up to 12-13 yuan · Kg-1. The curecd adhesive has good physical properties. References to castor oilbased polyurethane adhesives are also cited.
