摘  要:低压易漏地区的油气勘探开发对固井水泥浆密度提出了更高的要求 ,而常用的低密度水泥浆体系在更低的密度条件下已不能满足固井施工的基本要求。通过采用颗粒级配原理 ,优化低密度混合物中颗粒的粒度分布 ,提高体系的密实程度 ,使低密度水泥浆体系的强度和其它性能大幅度提高。依此原理设计的漂珠微硅低密度水泥浆体系性能如下 :①密度范围为 1.2 4~ 1.32g/cm3 ;②密度为 1.2 4g/cm3 时 ,5 0℃、2 4h抗压强度达到 14MPa ,75℃强度超过 16MPa ;密度为 1.2 9g/cm3 时 ,5 0℃、2 4h强度达到 14MPa,75℃强度超过 17MPa ;③具有良好的流变性 ,较短的稠化过渡时间 ;④静胶凝强度发展形态较好 ,从 4 8Pa到 2 4 0Pa的过渡时间均小于 2 0min ;⑤API失水量小 ;⑥超低密度水泥体系的强度已达到常规密度水泥体系的标准 ,其强度以及综合指标已远远超过普通低密度水泥浆体系。现场应用 2 0多井次 ,取得了良好的效果。Oil/gas exploration in low pressure reservoir requires higher cement slurry density to prevent lost circulation from occurring, whereas the conventional light cement slurry system could not satisfy the basic requirements of cementing job. According to Grain Composition Principle, the compression strength and other properties of low density system may be improved substantially by optimizing the particle distribution of light blending materials to increase the system compactness. Based onabove principle, the light microsphere micro-silicate cement slurry designed has properties as follows: (1) the density is within 1.24~1.32 g/cma, (2) when the density is 1.24 g/cma, the compression strength (50 ~C,24 h) is 14 MPa,and at 75 ℃, the value is more than 16 MPa; when the density is 1.29 g/cma, the compression strength is 14 MPa, and at 75 ℃, the value surpasses 17 MPa; (3) the slurry has good rheology and short transit time; (4) the static gel strength develops well, while the transit time from 48 Pa to 240 Pa is less than 20 mini (5) the API filtration is less. All applications in more than 20 wells were successful.
