摘 要:塔里木塔河油田在钻井过程中 ,经常遇到钻井液难点 :φ 4 4 5mm大井眼中的携砂和造壁问题 ,φ 311mm井眼中的阻卡问题 ,φ 2 15 .9mm井眼中石炭系地层井径扩大和油气层保护问题 ,φ 15 0mm井眼的漏失和井涌以及奥陶系地层的油气层保护问题。针对不同情况采用相应的钻井液体系和适宜的钻井液工艺技术 ,解决了该地区不同井眼的问题。现场应用表明 ,在 φ 4 4 5mm大井眼钻井以维护为主 ,采用高粘度、高切力、小排量钻进 ;φ 311mm井眼采用包被剂、大排量、高效固控和短程起下钻措施 ,解决了该井段阻卡问题 ,井下钻井施工正常 ,减少了井下事故的发生 ;在 φ 2 15 .9mm井眼采用“物理封堵”为主、“化学抑制”为辅的措施 ,防止井塌和井径扩大 ,取得了良好的效果。In Tahe oilfield, many challenges of drilling fluid operation exist: cutting carrying and wall building problems in the φ 445 mm hole, pipe sticking in the φ 311 mm hole, hole enlargement and formation damage in the φ 215.9 mm hole, lost circulation and well kicking in the φ 150 mm hole and productionformation protecting problem of Ordovician system. Different drilling fluids and matching technologies were used in different holes. Field using showed that in the φ 445 mm hole, maintenance of the drilling fluid is the most important job, and in the conditioning process, high molecular weight polymer enveloping agent is not a necessary additive; in the φ 311 mm hole, measures such as using enveloping agent, einploying high discharge volume, controlling solids effectively and making short trip were taken to avoid pipesticking problem; and in the φ 215.9 mm hole, 'physical plugging' aided with 'chemical inhibition' measures was taken to stop hole collapse and hole enlargement. All measures were verified to be successful.
