摘　　要：目的　为进一步探讨医护人员SARS感染的危险因素 ,更好地预防和控制医护人员在医院感染的发病率。方法　对本院 2 0 0 3年 3月 31日～ 4月 30日 ,18例医护人员SARS感染因素进行调查。结果　医护人员SARS感染与个人防护、岗前培训、近距离接触SARS患者有关。结论　医护人员接触患者时必须做好个人防护、岗前培训 。OBJECTIVE To discuss and explore the risk factors of SARS transmitting among medical workers in hospital. METHODS Investigated the SARS infected medical workers in our hospital from Mar 31 to Apr 30,2003. RESULTS The risk factors of medical workers infected SARS concerned with personal protection, less education before contacting SARS patients, closely touch with SARS patients, etc. CONCLUSIONS Medical workers must be well trained and performed personal protection before contacting with the SARS patient. The manager should intensify the supervision.
