润滑油添加剂对卧轴矩台平面磨床导轨副减磨的研究

摘　　要：介绍了Superanti wearKB超级抗磨节能剂、T3 618复合硼酸盐润滑油添加剂在卧轴矩台平面磨床中针对床身、台面导轨的减磨试验 ,通过试验 ,证明所选润滑油添加剂能够起到减磨作用 ,延长导轨的使用寿命。An experiment on Superanti-wear KB and T3618 oil additives to reduce wear in guideways of surface grinder with horizontal spindle and rectangular table is introduced. It proved that the chosen lubrication additives could reduce wear and prolong useful life. And the reasons of reducing wear are analyzed.
