摘　　要：在推进国有企业改革过程中 ,化解企业过度负债已成为关键问题。文章分析了当前国有企业过度负债的根本原因、直接原因、外在原因、深层原因和历史原因 ,并有针对性地提出了解决国有企业过度负债问题具体的、可操作性措施。During the deepening process of stated-owned firms reform, it's essential to reduce the over-burdened debts. This article analyses the original,direct,external,further and historical reasons of stated-owned firms' over-burdened debts,then presents some practical policies and measures to solve the over-burdened debts of stated-owned firms.
