摘  要:研究了多齿刀具加工金属纤维的机理 ,研究发现 ,多齿刀具各细齿切削属双刃斜角切削 ,建立了双刃斜角切削模型并用实验验证 ,从理论上预测各细齿切削时的流屑角 ,根据流屑角计算各细齿的实际切削前角。结果表明 ,多齿刀具各细齿切削时具有很大的实际切削前角 。The cutting mechanism of multi-tooth tool on manufacturing long metal fibre was studied. It is discovered that the cutting mechanism of tiny teeth of multi-tooth tool is double-edge oblique cutting. This paper presents double-edge oblique cutting model verified by experiments. From the double-edge oblique cutting model, theoretical predictions of the chip flow angle of tiny teeth were made, and the effective rake angle was calculated in the light of the chip flow angle. It is shown that the effective rake angles of all the tiny teeth participating in cutting are fairly big. This is exactly the mechanism that the multi-tooth tool can be applied to manufacture metal fibre.
