城市化过程中郊区小城镇发展的区位分析——以北京市大兴区为例

摘　　要：该文从分析大兴区产业结构和空间格局入手,依据区位理论和系统模型方法,将区位因素定量化建立区位优势度模型(包括经济吸引度模型和空间聚集度模型)和区位适宜度模型。通过模型输出结果,对大兴区小城镇体系的区位状况划分区位优势度等级;通过分析其区位适宜状况,判断其区位适应度类型。结果表明:提出的分析模型是合理的;区位优势度等级体系和区位适宜度类型体系较好说明了小城镇实际问题。因此,区位模型可以对其区位优势和适宜程度定量评价,分析小城镇体系发展的优势与不足,对小城镇体系的持续发展提供相应的发展定位和政策依据。The development of small town is becoming a focus in China at the beginning of 21th.Beijing as the capital of China with urban areas and rural areas has the lopsided development of urbanization. Especially, the development of suburb can't keep up with the step of urban. So this article tries to find a method to solve the problem by location analysis. This kind of researches is absent in quantitative location analysis, while there are mount of researches on the qualitative location analysis. The aim of the article is to explore and innovate in this field.The imbalance of urbanization has been made out through different development course of the urban and the suburban. Started with the analysis of industrial structure, the economic character and development problem of research region can be found out. By the analysis of spatial structure, the attraction to population and industry accounts for this kind of aggregation trend. Considered the applicability and independence, based on location theories and systems model methods,the economic data mainly from statistical annual and spatial data mainly from maps were selected. The location factors were quantified by establishing the location models system, which includes location advantage models and location feasibility models. Location advantage model is composed of economic attraction model and spatial aggregation model, while location feasibility model is consisted of series of indexes formulas. 　　The location advantage grades and location feasibility types were set up, according to the result of location models of Daxing District. The result shows that the location models systems is appropriate and the practical problems of small towns can be explained well by using the grading system of location advantage and the types system of location feasibility. Accordingly, we can get an estimate system of location,which can analysis the advantage and disadvantage of the development of small town system and provide references for decision-making.
