摘　　要：西北地区是典型的生态脆弱区,本文从生态景观、自然资源、需要解决饮水问题的人畜数量、自然灾害(主要是旱灾)、土壤侵蚀情况等几个方面分析了西北地区生态贫困的特征,探讨了缓解西北地区生态贫困的切入点,在此基础上提出了缓解该地区生态贫困的政策建议。Northwest region is a typical ecologically fragile area. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the ecological poverty in terms of ecological landscape, natural resource, the number of people and domestic animals that are in the need for drinking water, natural disasters (mainly drought), soil erosion et al. and probes into the measures to alleviate the ecological poverty. Based on the analysis, the policy suggestions are put forward to alleviate the ecological poverty in northwest region.
